Project Overview

Digital Creative Vision (DCV) will design, configure, and launch a professional dynamic corporate website for Alam Al Enaya Trading Company. The website will provide the client with flexible content management capabilities, allowing the authorized team to manage and update most website content without requiring programming knowledge.

Scope of Work

• Professional, modern, and responsive website design for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Dynamic website management allowing the client to add, edit, and manage website content.
• Ability to add and manage projects, project images, galleries, text content, and other relevant website sections.
• Client access to update and modify most website sections and content through the administration area.
• Website setup, configuration, testing, and deployment to the client's domain.
• Basic technical configuration required for stable website operation and launch.
• Training for the client's designated responsible person on website administration and content management.
• Ongoing assistance for website-management tasks that the trained responsible person may need help with during the support period.

Technical Support & Maintenance

The quoted price includes a full one-year technical support and maintenance agreement, effective from the date of this agreement. Support covers assistance with website operation, administration guidance, technical troubleshooting, and maintenance related to the delivered website. Major new features, substantial redesigns, or additional systems outside the original scope may be quoted separately when requested.

Domain & Deployment Notes

Acceptance

Approval of this quotation confirms acceptance of the described scope, total price, and support terms. Any requirements outside the scope above will be discussed and approved separately before implementation.
