WEBSITE DESIGN & SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. Parties & Purpose

This Agreement is entered into between Digital Creative Vision (DCV) (“Service Provider”) and Alam Al Enaya Trading Company (“Client”), represented for project coordination by Mr. Jameel Abu Khalil. The Service Provider shall design, configure, and publish a professional dynamic corporate website and provide the services specified below.

2. Website Design & Deliverables

• Professional, responsive corporate website suitable for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Dynamic administration dashboard enabling authorized Client users to add, edit, and manage website projects, project photos, galleries, texts, and relevant content.
• Ability to update most content areas and editable website sections without programming knowledge. Structural redesigns and custom development are excluded unless separately agreed.
• Website setup, basic configuration, functional testing, and publishing on the Client's designated domain.
• Training for the Client's designated website administrator, including guidance on adding projects, images, and updating content.

3. Domain Access & Deployment Responsibilities

The domain name is supplied and owned by the Client and is not included in the contract price. To complete website publishing, the Client shall provide the Service Provider with the necessary domain registrar, DNS, hosting, or other relevant administrative access, or authorize the required DNS changes. The Client may alternatively select a new domain, with its registration and related charges agreed separately.

The Client shall provide necessary company content, images, branding, and timely approvals. Deployment is dependent on receipt of adequate domain/DNS access and required materials. Any delay in providing these may delay the website launch.

4. Training, Support & Maintenance

The Service Provider shall provide technical support and maintenance for one full year from the Agreement Date (27 October 2026 through 26 October 2027). This includes assistance with use of the delivered administration dashboard, troubleshooting website functionality, and reasonable technical maintenance of the delivered solution. If the Client's designated administrator cannot perform a routine content-management task, DCV will provide guidance or reasonable assistance during this period.

Major feature additions, third-party paid subscriptions, substantial redesigns, new integrations, and services beyond the original website scope are not included and require separate approval and pricing. Domain renewal and any third-party hosting charges not expressly listed are excluded.

Website delivery shall be confirmed by demonstration, access to the administration dashboard, or publishing on the Client's domain. The Client shall review the deliverables and report material discrepancies with the agreed scope within 7 calendar days of delivery notification. Corrections within the agreed scope are included. Any amendments to this Agreement shall be confirmed in writing by both parties.

AGREEMENT TERMS & SIGNATURES

7. Website Administration & Client Responsibilities

DCV will provide the Client with appropriate website administration access upon handover. The Client is responsible for the accuracy, ownership, and legality of materials submitted for publication, for safeguarding account credentials, and for maintaining access to the Client-owned domain. The Client may appoint its own authorized administrator and shall communicate that person's contact details to DCV.

8. Maintenance Scope & Service Limitations

The one-year maintenance commitment applies to the website delivered under this Agreement and includes reasonable issue diagnosis, configuration support, operational assistance, and guidance to the Client's administrator. It does not cover failures caused by third-party services, unauthorized changes, expired domain or hosting services, or external incidents beyond DCV's reasonable control. DCV will nevertheless provide reasonable guidance in identifying such issues.

9. Project Changes & Additional Work

Requests that materially change the agreed design, introduce new software modules, or require substantial additional programming shall be discussed and quoted separately before implementation. Routine edits to existing content and administrator guidance remain included within the support commitments above.

10. Agreement Validity & Effectiveness

This commercial offer remains open for acceptance for 14 calendar days from 27 October 2026, ending 10 November 2026. Once signed by both parties, it constitutes their service agreement. The annual maintenance term is calculated from the Agreement Date stated on the signed agreement; if signed on a different date, the parties should update that date before signing.

By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read and accepted the scope, total price, payment milestones, domain-access responsibilities, and one-year support and maintenance terms.
